Mascarpone kaas

Mascarpone is a fresh Italian cheese made from fresh cream.
Mascarpone is milky-white in colour, easy to spread and very versatile for the preparation of many
recipes (especially desserts).
It is one of the main ingredients in the internationally well known Italian dessert Tiramisù, and is
sometimes used instead of butter or cream to thicken and enrich pasta and risotto dishes
